Though I Walk Through the Valley

Cocooned within my body, I search to know freedom.

Then, following divine instinct, I change course, feeling assurance with each step.

Yoga class begins at 6:00 PM.

Our instructor enters the room. He sits quietly removing his stunningly white socks.

Prayerful meditation begins.

Captivated, my spirit begins to soar.

Mutation:

From moth to butterfly bold colors emerge.

Rebirth of soul.

Mind, Will, Emotions.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I fear no evil: For thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff comfort me. “
